Practical Sailing Courses
All courses will run on a day sailing basis, returning to the port of St Helier at the end of each day. All students are requested to return home or find local accommodation at the end of each day.
Courses will begin at 0900 on the first morning, on the courses where there is a night sailing element this will be discussed and arranged at the beginning of your course based upon the forecast weather and tides for the duration of the course.
Food preparation aboard is currently not possible, therefore we will not be providing any meals aboard. You will need to bring your own packed lunch aboard; there are a number of cafés and shops nearby to the harbour. Evening meals will not be provided by Go-Sail.je, however, there are a number of restaurants and take away options available in St Helier. Please do bring your own water bottles and or thermal mugs aboard as we are able to provide hot water for a cup of tea.
Hand sanitiser is available for use on our boats and students are requested to bring their own face masks. We will working to the 1m social distancing rule where ever possible and there will be reduced use of the below deck activities.
At the end of each day the yacht will be washed down and sanitised inside.

The format of our powerboat courses remain unchanged. Students will be briefed on our COVID-19 policies at the start of each course and each student will be asked to confirm that they have not had any COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days and nor come into contact with suspected COVID-19.
