Become a Go-sail.je member and be your own skipper

Exclusively Sailing Membership allows you to book as many as 30 days yacht charter per year, with up to 15 dates reserved at any one time. You can plan a special event in advance or make use of good weather at short notice!

While solely Motorboat Membership allows you to book as many as 15 days motorboat charter.

If you would like to use both types of vessel, you will have a 30 sailing days allocation per year. When you book the motorboat for one day, you use up the equivalent of 2 sailing charter days.

As a Go-sail.je member, you will have instant access to our online booking service to reserve the boat. She will be cleaned, fully prepared and waiting for you on her berth in the Elizabeth Marina, Jersey. No hassles, no filling up with fuel or water, etc. Just jump on board and off you go!

By completing and submitting our on-line application, you are able to take the first steps towards Go-sail.je membership. Once we receive your application, we will contact you and arrange for you to pop on board the boats. You will then be able to experience a sea-trial before actually committing to your first twelve months membership. You may opt out at any time during the introductory process - although this seldom happens!

The Preferable Option

In comparison to boat ownership or normal charter yachts, becoming a member will allow you to:

  • be your own skipper, unlike with most local charter companies
  • sail a larger boat than you may have imagined
  • have a choice of sail or power depending on your preference at the time
  • let someone else mantain the boat so you can just sit back and make the most of your trip
  • avoid higher costs associated with owning a yacht or higher seasonal costs associated with yacht charter

If you have RYA Day Skipper qualifications or similar qualification, you can apply for membership today. If you have no qualifications, but lots of boating experience, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss the options that can be taken for you to acheive membership. We will also happily advise if you need to upgrade or refresh your qualifications.

Go-Sail.je Racing membership included! Sail racing can be tremendous fun and at Go-sail.je we participate in the active race programmes operated by the local yacht clubs. Members are able to join us on board "Venustus", free of charge, for any number of races. This is a great opportunity to have fun, meet up with other members while potentially further improving one's sailing skills.
